The consortium aims to reach a methodological convergence of research approaches from different disciplines.

The consortium includes key expertise in the field of computer science (natural language processing, social media analysis, knowledge representation, and computational argumentation as well as social network analysis and computational creativity), sociology (theory of social systems, social theory, sociology of communication, and qualitative research methods), social psychology (experimental methods), and social work.
